This is a painting I am very proud of. Maily because of it's originality. When you paint images of a religious nature, chances are it has been done before. I dont't know of any other image on this theme. I'm sure I will see one at some point.

In this painting Mary and a young Jesus are shown in a moment of prayer. Mary looks on Jesus with nurturing eyes. The idea is that even the most enlightened needed to learn how to pray. I have shown Jesus learning from Mary. He will go on to teach many what he himself learned from his mother.
